Commercial Projects
Nocatee
Located in Ponte Vedra, FL is the community of Nocatee. Our work in Nocatee includes residential installs in the Crosswater, Crosstown, Coastal Oaks, Riverwood, & Tidewater subdivisions.
More notable however, are the Valley Ridge Blvd, Palm Valley Rd, & Nocatee Parkway jobs we have done. For more information and pictures of these projects

SR11
In 2008 we sodded the roadways of SR11 from Bunnell to the Volusia/Flagler county line for P&S Paving. Then in the summer of 2010 we worked for P&S Paving once again and sodded SR11 from the Volusia/Flagler line into DeLand.
US17
Over the years we've seeded and sodded several miles of US17 for P&S Paving. Our first time on Highway 17 was in 2007 at Crescent City. In 2008 we finished installing over 100,000 square yards of Bahia sod & 10,000 sqaure yards of seed on US17 from 15-A in DeLand to 472. In 2009 we laid 30,000 square yards Bermuda rolls & drilled 60,000 square yards of seed along US17 from DeLeon Springs to DeLand. And lastly, in late 2010 we will be working on US17 from Pierson to the Putnam/Volusia county line.
US92 Muli-Use Trail
In 2010 over 35,000 square yards of Bahia sod were installed from Kepler Rd to US17 along the US92 Multi-Use Trail constructed by Halifax Paving.
SR50
We are currently working on SR50 in Orlando for Hubbard Construction. This job has a projected quantity of over 230,000 square yards.
SR417 - Lake Jesup Toll Plaza
Currently underway is a 215,000 square yard project for Southland Construction as they rebuild the Lake Jesup Toll Plaza on SR417.
